PHILOSOPHY

Take heed these tenets for effective, sustainable, combat-focused training. 

Exercise and Training  are not synonymous.  Training For 600 is where unfocused, unplanned, unproductive exercising stops.  We're not here to "work-out."  We're here to execute real training, and real training requires measurable goals.  In order to reach those goals, you'll need a training plan.  That plan should be focused on the demands of your sport (combat), tailored to your individual needs, and sustainable for the long-run.
